">The successful candidate will have a proven track record in civil construction, with expertise in pipe laying, layout, and surveying techniques. They will be responsible for leading daily on-site activities, supervising crew members, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.

">The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily on-site activities, supervising crew members, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.
">Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train crew members to ensure tasks are performed safely and efficiently.">
- Enforce company policies and maintain adherence to all safety procedures.">
- Report daily progress to the Project Superintendent and help keep the project on schedule.">
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.">
- Install various underground piping systems, including HDPE, PVC, Ductile Iron, Steel, and Copper.">
- Perform layout, pipe routing, and slope calculations using surveying tools.">
- Maintain respectful, professional communication with clients and represent company values.">
Requirements:
">Preferred Experience & Skills:

- Previous experience in civil construction as a pipelayer, gradesman, or similar role.">
- Proficient in laying and joining various pipe materials, especially large-diameter PVC.">
- Skilled in layout and basic surveying techniques.">
- Familiarity with safe hoisting, rigging, and trench work procedures.">
- Strong understanding of building codes, industry standards, and construction safety regulations.">
