Job Title: Vice-President, College or University

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice-President to join our team at St. Francis Xavier University. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the academic and operational direction of our institution.

Job Summary:

The Vice-President will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of academic and operational strategies that align with the university's mission and goals. This includes overseeing the management of academic programs, research initiatives, and administrative services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in higher education.
  • Proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
