About the Role

Mikes Warehouse Supplies Ltd is seeking a skilled Pallet Rack Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of our exterior and interior prefabricated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products, utilizing hand and power tools as needed.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, ensuring optimal product placement and customer satisfaction.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Operate ski lifts, utilizing equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Working at heights training, First Aid Certificate, and Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and working in a physically demanding environment.
Work Environment

Mikes Warehouse Supplies Ltd offers a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
