We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Assistant to join our team and contribute to the construction of single-family and semi-attached homes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Supervisor and Warranty Technician to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Supervisor in overseeing construction activities.
  • Collaborate with trade partners and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform various construction-related tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
  • Ensure site cleanliness and adherence to health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous construction experience is an asset.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must provide a clean driver's abstract.
