Job Description
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the Hardware Engineering Department.
  • Project Management: Review project schedules, assess workload, and assign leads to engineering projects.
  • Team Management: Conduct performance evaluations, recommend salary adjustments, and initiate personnel actions.
Responsibilities
  1. Plan, organize, direct, and control the activities of the Hardware Engineering Department.
  2. Review project schedules on a timely basis.
  3. Assess workload, assign leads to engineering projects, and oversee completion according to schedules.
Qualifications
  • A post-secondary technology diploma or engineering degree, specializing in electronics, electrical, or controls technology.
  • Several years of experience in the design and implementation of complete control systems for industrial automation projects.
