Parts Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at Saskatoon Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our facilities.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed by external contractors.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff as needed to support the growth of our business.
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed to a high standard.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 30-40 hours per week.
