Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

At Icon General Construction Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material deliveries and equipment rentals
  • Train or arrange for training of construction workers
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and firing
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel and work outdoors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
