Automotive Logistics Coordinator

Audi Downtown Vancouver is seeking a highly skilled Parts Driver to join their team. As a Parts Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of parts and sublet repairs.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in Canada's largest Automotive Group. As a Parts Driver, you will be the face of Audi Downtown Vancouver, representing the dealership in a professional manner at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Treat customers with respect and professionalism, adhering to dealership policies.
- Provide fast and efficient delivery and pick-up of parts and sublet repairs, minimizing vehicle downtime.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in a safe and operable condition, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Load trucks carefully to prevent damage to sheet metal and other fragile parts.
- Inspect shipments for damage and quantity, making necessary notations on delivery receipts.
- Organize deliveries to maximize efficiency, posting schedules to ensure availability for contact.
- Check-in with the dealership hourly to coordinate additional deliveries and pick-ups.
- Process parts returns in accordance with warranty and dealership policy.
- Maximize sales efforts by providing excellent service, suggesting related items, and informing management of new business opportunities.
