About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Corporate Office in Toronto, Ontario. As a key member of our global ecommerce team, you will be responsible for executing ecommerce strategies, optimizing the online storefront, and driving sales growth for our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of ecommerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end ecommerce journey for shop.fourseasons.com, including website management, product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital product owners, product design, guest and insights, IT, and finance to drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize the ecommerce experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including operations partners and web developers.

Requirements:

  • College or university degree in business, ecommerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of ecommerce experience, with a strong understanding of commerce business management, KPIs, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of front-end, back-end, and middleware software development on web, mobile app, and other platforms.
  • Experience working closely with IT, developers, designers, and analytics teams.
  • Proven track record in ecommerce, user experience, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency with Shopify ecommerce platform and experience managing ecommerce business and supporting P&L and KPIs.
