Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Youth Development Specialist to join our team at Rocky Mountain Behaviour Analysts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing life skills workshops, assessing client needs, and developing service intervention logic models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports and case histories
  • Implement life skills workshops
  • Assess client needs and develop service intervention logic models
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers
  • Develop and maintain program statistics for evaluation and research purposes
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
