About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Sofa By Fancy Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new employees and ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks, review progress, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 employees.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Security and Safety
  • Basic security clearance required.
