We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at VK Construction. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, as well as repairing cracks and holes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings
- Mix paint to desired color and texture
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces
- Estimate costs and materials for painting projects
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Physical stamina for bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Client-focused and efficient interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and initiative
