About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at THE TRUE BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
