Customer Service Expert for Unique Travel Experiences

We are a rapidly growing travel agency specializing in organizing unique trips and unforgettable experiences for clients worldwide. Our office is located in Saskatoon, Canada, and we strive to provide top-notch service and a personalized approach to each client, helping them turn their travel dreams into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and serving clients at the office entrance, welcoming guests, and providing information about our services.
- Managing phone calls and email correspondence, handling client inquiries, and directing them to appropriate specialists.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and consultations for clients with travel consultants.
- Maintaining documentation and managing client records in the CRM system.
- Handling bookings for tours, flights, hotels, and other services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all operations.
- Maintaining order in the workspace and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for clients and employees.
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve the quality of provided services.
Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist or in customer service for at least 1 year, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different categories of clients.
- Proficiency in English at least upper-intermediate level for effective communication with international clients. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Organization and attention to detail, ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Experience with CRM systems and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Higher education in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
