About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Mishra Farms. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our crops and ensuring the highest quality produce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Assist in the cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting of crops, ensuring optimal growth and quality.
  • Field Maintenance: Clear fields of wood and stones, level earth to fine grade specifications, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops, examine product for quality, and prepare for market.
  • Support Functions: Assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as removing suckers and water sprouts.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
