Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Ocean Rain International Daycare Center Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
  • Lead activities that promote learning, creativity, and socialization
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure the well-being of children
  • Prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors as needed
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience in early childhood education is an asset
  • Criminal record check
  • Reliability and team player
