In this role, you will become a key member of our multi-disciplined team whose role will be focused on business growth, as well as helping clients achieve their goals through expert assurance, business advisory, and tax services.
The successful candidate will have prior experience managing both assurance and non-assurance client engagements, mentoring and developing staff, and in business development. You will also mentor and assist with the development of professional staff as they progress in their professional careers.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, apply technical expertise and research in formulating client-related recommendations, and participate on committees in developing and implementing firm management policies and professional standards.

Job DescriptionYou will carry out higher-level fieldwork on larger engagements, develop managerial skills by managing engagement deliverables and staff on smaller engagements, apply technical expertise and research in formulating client-related recommendations, and work collaboratively with managers to oversee multiple engagements concurrently.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Professional accounting designation (CPA)
- Three to five years' experience in public practice with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Advanced accounting, auditing, and tax skills
- A strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
