Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A Bread Affair. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Bakery environment with fast-paced work conditions.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
