We are looking for an exceptional Real Estate Lending Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Real Estate Markets group, you will support Directors in the origination, structuring, administration, and management of construction financing and term debt facilities.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and underwrite loan requests using RBC's Risk Assessment Framework, Financial Analysis, and Credit Tools. You will also partner closely with Directors to understand client credit needs, circumstances, and risk profiles through proactive and regular client contact.
In addition, you will administer the team's lending portfolio, perform annual credit reviews, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the credit process, and participate in team initiatives such as industry research reports and ad hoc portfolio strategy requests.
