Job Description

Chardikla Investments Inc is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and procedures to promote business development
  • Supervise professional and support staff to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment
  • Perform administrative tasks to support business development efforts
  • Plan and develop projects to promote business growth
  • Develop venture capital sources to support business development
  • Recruit and hire staff to support business development efforts
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences
  • Develop social and economic profiles of areas to encourage business investment
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on business development
  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and other documents
  • Coordinate special events and promotions to promote business development
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to inform business development strategies
  • Gather and prepare communications materials to support business development efforts
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media to promote business development
  • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs to promote business development
  • Prepare contracts and agreements related to business development
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations on business development
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform business development strategies
  • Conduct social or economic surveys to assess business development potential and trends
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
  • Design market research questionnaires to inform business development strategies
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote business development
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to inform business development strategies
  • Design, conduct, and analyze research projects to inform business development strategies
  • Develop feasibility studies to inform business development strategies
  • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to support business development efforts
  • Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites
  • Prepare funding applications to support business development efforts
  • Ensure that business licenses and permits are in place to support business development efforts
  • Develop and implement business plans to promote business growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
