Job Title: Director of Internships

Are you a seasoned geologist looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for mineral resource estimation and project management? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Internships to join our team at BBA.

About the Role:

As a Director of Internships, you will be responsible for participating actively in various resource estimation projects by serving as a qualified person (QP). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying high-potential projects at the exploratory stage to build a project portfolio.
  • Helping to prepare technical reports and studies (NI 43-101, preliminary engineering, pre-feasibility and feasibility).
  • Serving as a QP on NI 43-101 related projects.
  • Conducting quality audits on advanced exploration or development projects for all aspects of geology (drilling, sampling, analyzing, QA/QC and estimating mineral resources) and ensuring important recommendations are implemented.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geological Engineering.
  • Solid practical experience in mineral resource estimation for many types of deposits and as a QP.
  • Experience in project budgeting and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written (English and French).
