Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain management.
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management and material requisitioning.
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Report stock irregularities to supervisors, ensuring prompt action is taken to prevent losses.
- Basic security clearance.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Accurate, flexible, and reliable individual with strong initiative and organizational skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
