What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will provide exceptional service throughout the customer's journey by:

  • Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requirements
  • Educating customers, providing relevant insights, and expert advice
  • Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
  • Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships
  • Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience

What You Need to Succeed:

  • The drive to build strong customer relationships
  • A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
  • The ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that aligns with customer goals
  • A Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma
