Match Retail is seeking a highly skilled Training Lead to develop and facilitate training programs and workshops that drive outstanding product knowledge, lifestyle, and presentation skills adaptation to consumers, resulting in exceptional customer experience and sales acceleration.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs, objectives, and content to design effective and engaging online courses, modules, and training materials. They will apply instructional design methodologies to create learner-centric content, incorporating multimedia elements, interactivity, and assessments to enhance comprehension and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs, objectives, and content to design effective and engaging online courses, modules, and training materials.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to create learner-centric content, incorporating multimedia elements, interactivity, and assessments to enhance comprehension and retention.
- Develop clear learning objectives, outlines, storyboards, and scripts for online courses and modules.
- Ensure alignment of instructional design strategies with the organization's learning goals and industry best practices.
- Creates and implements eLearning, webinar, in-person, and video-based training content.
- Conducts training initiatives, continual education, and workshops for internal and external customers.
- Manages, coordinates, and provides logistical support for product and technical education, marketing, and launch projects as assigned.
- Responsible and accountable for consistency in presentation and training material accuracy for specified brands.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tech and retail industry is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and web design/development.
- Proven experience with recording and editing of video content.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with multimedia production tools for audio, video, and graphics editing (e.g., Adobe Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, After Effects).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous training projects is highly desirable.
- Bilingual in both English & French is an asset.
- Bachelors Degree or Certification in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
