Job Summary:

JobCart Inc is seeking a skilled Construction Site Flagman to join our team. As a key member of our road construction crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our workers and the general public by effectively controlling traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control traffic with signs to keep construction crews safe
  • Alert construction crew about safety standards
  • Communicate with other flaggers to direct traffic
  • Remove debris, rubble, and other hazardous materials
  • Set up and remove barricades, traffic cones, and warning signs
  • Use hand signals to direct traffic
  • Ensure safe passage for pedestrians and vehicles
  • Follow company safety policies/maintain a safe work environment
  • Candidates must be able to work well with others

Requirements:

  • Traffic control person (flagger) training
  • Able to read, write, and follow instructions in English

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of $20-22, plus additional compensation based on experience. This is a seasonal position with opportunities for advancement.
