Job Title: Counter Attendant, Restaurant

We are seeking a Counter Attendant to join our team at LaBoucane BBQ. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate change
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including taking orders and delivering food to tables
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
