The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of welders, fitters, prototype mechanics, and utility workers, as well as coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing management, as well as a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, they may have 7-10 years of overall manufacturing experience. Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, as well as advanced fitting skills, is essential. Experience working with aluminum and steel welding per AWS specifications D1.1, D1.2, D15.1, and D17.1 is also necessary.

A strong background in Lean Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and ISO9001 and AS9100 standards would be advantageous. The work schedule is a four-day week, Monday through Thursday, with weekly pay and a full benefits package after 60 days of employment. Paid time off is available after six months.

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. If you have a passion for leading a team and driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
