Main Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify dependencies, and manage critical path.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and financial reports.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, manage personnel, and make strategic decisions.

Risk and Change Management

  • Perform risk management planning, identification, and analysis to define a risk response plan.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Develop and execute change management plans.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate project objectives, requirements, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, build relationships, and influence project outcomes.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members.

Working Conditions

This role requires standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek. The role is eligible to participate in CN360's hybrid working model. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure, and stress.

Requirements

Experience

  • 10-15 years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience in managing Infrastructure and telecom projects.
  • Complex project delivery experience.
  • Cross-functional team leadership and personnel management experience.

Education/Certification/Designation

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management.
  • Project Management Institute (PMP) certification.
