Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Divine Spine Windermere Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative and clinical support to our chiropractors, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist chiropractors with patient care, including preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with physical examinations, as directed by chiropractors.
  • Perform other administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
