Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and restock shelves as needed.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
