Responsibilities

  • Safeguard data and process integrity throughout the district(s).
  • Provide expert guidance on quality assurance and compliance to Corporate and Field teams.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Mentor and coach staff on technical processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Managers to review reporting integrity and determine root causes of operational inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement corrective action plans to address operational issues.
  • Support Quality Action Teams via Quality Driven Management process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in quality assurance and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
