About the Role
We are looking for a Quality & Process Specialist to join our team at FedEx Group. As a Quality & Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring data and process integrity across the district(s). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard data and process integrity throughout the district(s).
- Provide expert guidance on quality assurance and compliance to Corporate and Field teams.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and coach staff on technical processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with Sr. Managers to review reporting integrity and determine root causes of operational inefficiencies.
- Design and implement corrective action plans to address operational issues.
- Support Quality Action Teams via Quality Driven Management process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Proven track record of success in quality assurance and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
