Interior Architect

OIKOS DESIGN CABINET LTD. is seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes, ensuring a harmonious balance between aesthetics and functionality.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to inform design decisions.
- Advise clients on the selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
- Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showcasing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures.
- Prepare plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Experience in interior design is an asset.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Health care plan.
