Occupational Therapist

About the Role:
Side by Side ABA Therapy is seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to work as independent contractors. This part-time position involves delivering evidence-based interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families in the children's home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home-based assessments using standardized tools to identify client needs.
- Design tailored treatment plans using evidence-based information and clinical expertise.
- Engage clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered goals.
- Coach clients and families on strategies to support progress.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and progress toward goal attainment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Proof of professional liability insurance.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
