Job Title: Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor

EAT WELL ETHNIC FOODS INC is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
  • Prepare production and quality control reports.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production schedules.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • English language proficiency.
