Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Helper to join our team at PRO TOUCH PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD. As a Plumber Helper, you will assist our plumbers in performing various tasks related to plumbing, water treatment, and hydronics.

Responsibilities
  • Assist plumbers in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Help clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed.
  • Estimate costs and determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by plumbers.
Requirements
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots required.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
Work Environment

Our team works in various locations, and you will be required to travel to different sites. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be exposed to confined spaces, dusty conditions, and cold/refrigerated temperatures.

Language

The primary language of work is English, and you will be required to communicate effectively with our team members and clients.Hours of Work

Our standard working hours are 40 hours per week, but you may be required to work overtime as needed.
