Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at Vertdure Thetford. As a Grounds Maintenance Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rake and collect refuse to keep our outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure they look their best.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Landscape maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding work requiring stamina and endurance.
