About This Opportunity

As a Forecasting Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing demand planning strategies, working closely with Sales, Supply, and Leadership teams to ensure accurate forecasts and drive process improvements.

  • Generate a baseline forecast model using historical trends and input from Sales.
  • Create short and long-term volume estimates using data analysis and business acumen.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable forecast models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address forecast gaps.
  • Provide regular forecasting reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in forecasting or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and develop projections.
  • Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques and inputs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
