Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at CCBS MAINTENANCE LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to meet the needs of the cleaning department.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition and provide guidance on navigating the Canadian job market.
  • Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees to facilitate cultural adaptation and professional growth.
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers to promote career advancement and cultural understanding.
  • Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
