Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients within the City Wide defined target market.
- Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals, and making presentations.
- Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing compelling proposals.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline, achieving sales metrics and win business.
- Utilize the Company's CRM system to capture and enter all customer information.
- Manage projects sold to ensure completion of scope of work through independent contractors.
- Closing business prospects based on the City Wide target market and sales objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building services, office services, or office supplies.
- Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Organized approach to sales with ability to move clients from prospect to close.
- Experience in short sales cycles with strong closing skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
- Prior sales training preferred.
- Outgoing, dynamic personality.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate presentations and one-to-one meetings.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook.
