Underwriting Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team at Jai Sukhu Insurance Agency. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our underwriting processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze policy quotes, newly bound policies, and policy modifications to ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Record and track audited results for team members and overall team progress.
- Review and analyze informational reports to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans and best office practices to enhance quality and front-line underwriting.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to licensed team members in underwriting and quality assurance.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork, coaching, and training.
- Minimum 2 years of related Personal Lines Underwriting experience.
- OTL or RIBO license.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance policy forms and regulatory requirements is an asset.
- Total Compensation Range: $70K-75K Base Salary.
- Flexible work-from-home options.
- Health & Dental/Life Insurance Benefit (after 3 months).
