Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
- Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer expectations
