Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team at The German Tech. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment by performing lubrication tasks, maintaining fluid levels, and performing routine maintenance checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform lubrication tasks, including adding or replacing hydraulic and transmission fluids, changing engine oil, and lubricating running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment.
  • Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators, and repair and balance tires.
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks, including inspecting equipment, checking fluid levels, and identifying potential issues.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, noisy environments, and physically demanding conditions.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, reliability, and team player skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
