Job Summary

Giglio & Sons Paving & Concrete Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of roads, highways, and other infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Steel-toed safety boots, gloves, and other personal protective equipment
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols at all times.
