Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scientist to join our Analytical Department as a Bioanalysis (LC-MS/MS) expert. The successful candidate will develop and optimize LC-MS/MS assays, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure compliance with GLP regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine LC-MS/MS assays for bioanalytical applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute pre-clinical and clinical studies.
• Conduct analytical research, including troubleshooting ongoing assays, and optimize methods for improved results.
• Ensure compliance with study plans, GLPs, SOPs, and current industry best practices.
• Provide expert project planning, coordination, and execution to deliver timely solutions.
• Interpret and analyze data, documenting and reporting results on analytical projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and toxicology study directors to coordinate results and address queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pertinent regulatory developments in the industry.
• Develop, review, and apply relevant SOPs to ensure adherence to standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of scientific experience in project management.
• In-depth understanding of bioanalytical analysis and associated regulations.
• Hands-on expertise in analytical instrumentation (LC-MS/MS).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong team-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and report writing.
• Bilingual English and French language proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

• An estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.
