About the Role

You will be responsible for providing project monitoring support to Project Managers, effectively using project, program, and portfolio management techniques. This includes coordinating revisions, edits, and approvals of project management templates, standards, guidelines, and directives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and draft briefing materials for project sponsors, Steering Committees, and/or Management Committees.
  • Ensure the tracking of tasks and activities against dependencies.
  • BREAKDOWN TASKS INTO TIMELINES WITH PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS ON BEHALF OF THE PROJECT MANAGER.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant fields. A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Project Coordinator is required. You should also have demonstrated experience in project tracking, monitoring, and reporting, as well as creating project portfolio dashboards and preparing reports and briefing materials.
