About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Packing Supervisor to join our team at New World Food Market Inc. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee the daily operations of our meat packing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Recommend measures to improve product quality and productivity.
  • Coordinate and schedule work activities to meet production schedules.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
