Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Wild Flour Bakery Cafe. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters.
  • Prepare special orders.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Train staff.
  • Operate machinery.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Baker will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding job. The Baker must be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
