Job Title: Retail Sales Manager - Strategic Merchandise Planner
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail store operations and drive sales growth through strategic merchandise planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily store operations to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of sales staff and assign duties to ensure effective store performance.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial performance.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions:

- Tight deadlines to plan and execute sales promotions and events.
