Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should have a strong background in electrical engineering, physics, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in RF design and testing. Expertise with optical transmitter and receiver modules for telecom is highly desirable.

Candidates should also have hands-on experience with RF design and simulation tools such as HFSS and ADS, as well as familiarity with high-speed RF test equipment and methods. In-depth technical understanding of optoelectronic components and ASICs is also essential.

A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment are required. Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities are also necessary.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
