About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, implementing solutions, and working closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Implement solutions to meet client requirements
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and resolution
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud-hosted contact center and unified communication solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
